We provide property management and property maintenance services in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls Area.

Complete Property Management including:

Leases, showings, property maintenances, money handling, bill payment, financial reporting, and legal.

Property Maintenance/Management Fees:

6% of collected rents (25+ units)

7% of collected rents (5-24 units)

8% of collected rents (2-4 units)

9% of collected rents (single family homes)

Property Maintenance:

Interior and exterior maintenance on call with a 24-hour response and immediate response in cases of emergency.

Maintenance Fees:

Contracted Out
